Required:
Highly experienced in requirements elicitation and documentation analysis.
Hands-on experience with Software Development tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other documentation tools.
Critical thinking problem solving skills.
Knowledge of billing with experience with Azure Dev OPS/ADO-TFS, Visio, eliciting requirements and facilitating meetings.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel).
Performs business analysis with minimal guidance and creates requirement deliverables for complex projects.
Elicits and analyses complex business problems and needs.
Stays current on industry best practices, trends, tools, and techniques.
Builds solid relationships with all project stakeholders.
At least 2-4 years of prior experience working as a Senior Business Analyst role in a large project/program with capability to run smaller projects/programs within those independently, working with a team of BAs and guiding them.
IIBA Certification required.
Experience with Agile Business Analysis.
Self-driven and eager to learn.
Understanding of SAFe methodology.
Experience with user story/use case creation.
Ability to facilitate requirements through prototyping, wireframes as needed.
Knowledge of Requirements Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Requirements Management.
Project or Program management expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience.
Experience in JAVA, .NET and API documentation.
