Job Title: Report Developer (QlikSense specialist) Location: Mid-town, Manhattan, NY or Morristown, NJ (Strictly onsite at one of the customer location) Summary: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Report Developers with extensive Qlik expertise to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing reporting solutions across various financial systems and platforms, including fund administration platforms and treasury management systems. Your ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate data will be critical to your success. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional technical reporting support to all branches, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with colleagues to identify reporting problems, analyze root causes, and recommend effective solutions. Work with vendors and partners to ensure seamless data integration and reporting across different platforms. Develop and maintain complex reports using QlikSense, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Excel. Leverage your advanced QlikSense skills to create dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders. Design and implement custom monitoring of reports for quality verification and proactive issue identification. Share knowledge and best practices with the team to continuously improve reporting processes and standards. Take ownership of production issues, providing timely and effective resolution, including during scheduled maintenance windows and off-hours. Analyze and tune reporting feeds and dashboards to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from various teams, delivering accurate and timely results. Actively participate in system maintenance activities, including weekend and after-hours support as needed. Gather data on source system running times and identify opportunities for performance optimization. Ensure the security of information systems, communication lines, and equipment. Qualifications: Must have: 4+ years of experience in programming in SQL. Extensive experience and advanced skills in QlikSense development and administration. Ability to manipulate large data sets. Strong Excel skills. Exposure to Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Strong analytical skills. Ability to prioritize, think independently, and handle multiple tasks effectively. High analytical and critical thinking skills. Fluent in English. Preferred: Master's/Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience with fund administration platforms and treasury management systems. Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis. Flexibility to work in different shifts to provide comprehensive support.
