Drive the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including identification, documentation, tracking, reporting, escalation, and resolution. Ensure defects are categorized correctly (severity, priority) and proper details are captured for root cause analysis. Maintain an organized and up-to-date defect tracking dashboard, ensuring all defects are appropriately logged and managed. Partner with Technology Managers and Directors to lead large Technology projects/programs in support of department or enterprise strategic plans. Coordinate and align efforts and schedules across matrix-managed teams. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved. Work in a complex enterprise-wide development environment supporting large programs by driving planning, timing, and reporting to ensure delivery of program commitments. Proactively remove barriers that prevent efficient execution of deliverables and formulate mitigation plans to address program risks. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative, Team based environment and maintain composure under pressure and accurately assess problem situations. Drive testing and acceptance of project or program results across multiple teams.
