Must Haves: 3-5+ years of equivalent work experience Window Server Admin/IT System Engineer Windows System Administration Active Directory (where they are backlogged and need the most support) Service Now (Change Management Tool) Ability to build and harden Virtual Servers (they work with full stack team & security team to do so /and they would allocate the and this person could build the virtual server) Knowledge of relevant server, network and client operating systems and technologies Microsoft Windows, Virtual Servers, or other operating system softwares Experience working with client/server-based equipment/operating systems in a complex enterprise network environment & working with systems and applications in a client/server environment to understand relationship of maintaining two data centers Experience working in 24/7 environment Experience in information systems/technology within a healthcare/hospital organization Experience or Certs with Windows Severs, Activity Directory, Virtualization, Virtual single sign on (SSO) Plusses / Preferred Experience in working with systems in a Citrix/Thin Client computing environment HP-UX Unix Experience with Health Care IT applications (Epic EMR or Lawson Financials) Certification/Licensure/Registration in Microsoft or for Server, Email, Office, Portal or Desktop technologies. Bachelors degree in information systems/technology/computer science Day to Day: It is imperative that the person in this role has IT/Technical experience and has worked in a 24/7 environment, you will be part of a fast-paced team in a rapidly moving environment. The ideal candidate for this position will comes with relevant work experience with Windows Sever, Activity Directory, Virtualization, Virtual sign on SSO within in the health care or medical industry. A background working within a hospital or health care provider organization is highly preferred. The person in this role must have the ability and experience building and hardening virtual Servers, you'll be working alongside other IT teams such as the full stack team and security teams to do so. To be successful in this role you will need experience working with client/server-based equipment/operating systems in a complex enterprise network environment and need to understand the relationship of maintaining two data centers. The person in this role will mainly be working on ad-hoc requests i.e. Working with different IT groups to support break fixes, access to different folders, servers, set up network, virtual sign on requests. Other day to day activities could consist of managing system architecture, software, and hardware needs. In addition to ensuring infrastructure is optimized to run at peak performance, youll also need to be cognizant of our security needs, including implementing top-level fail safes to protect our systems. You will need to display solid technical competency, instinctive business/healthcare acumen, and a strong understanding of how to design, develop and integrate complex systems that propels our organization into the future, and supports our patient needs.
