Role: Project Manager Location: Rolling Meadows, IL (Only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 13+ years C2C : Yes, Only H1B Role Description: Key Responsibilities Develop and implement project management standards, policies, and best practices. Ensure compliance with organizational processes and frameworks across all projects. Monitor the progress of key projects, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Provide guidance to project managers on project execution and reporting standards. Lead the development and maintenance of project dashboards and status reports. Align project portfolios with business objectives and organizational strategy. Support prioritization and decision-making for project investments. Act as a key liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders. Facilitate regular reviews and status updates with stakeholders. Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure availability of skilled resources. Identify opportunities for process improvements in project delivery and governance. Lead initiatives to enhance the maturity of project management practices within the organization. Qualifications & Skills Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 810 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role. Skills Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proven track record of managing complex portfolios and multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent). Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
