Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure compliance with security policies. Provide strategic guidance on IAM best practices. Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and security standards. Review IAM audits and recommend improvements. Work with IT and security teams to integrate IAM with existing systems. Create and maintain documentation related to IAM policies and procedures. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IAM and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies (e.g., RSA Aveksa, CyberArk Azure AD, SailPoint). Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Good knowledge of security principles and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. IAM certifications are preferred.
