Review the technical analysis and documentation of both legacy and new systems to easily identify unnecessary redundancies in the process flow as the project evolves. Design regression and functional test plans for new systems and defect resolution. Qualitative testing metrics reporting and analysis. Create draft operating procedures based on known future state and operating model. Design data visualization dashboards for senior leadership, business SME, and stakeholders. Assist with and manage the remediation of data in legacy systems prior to conversion to new systems. Carry out quantitative cost analysis and contribute to formulation of a business case for elements of the overall solution. Build relationships with stakeholders, including business owners, project managers, and IT professionals, to ensure that project goals are aligned, and communication is effective. 2 Business Analyst Initial testing and data remediation, followed by and translating them into technical specifications, fund conversions after system integration including data integration, data dictionaries and user Supporting the efforts pre and post integration story creation. 3 Business Analyst Funds conversion and reconciliation, after systems integrations Assist with testing of system integration and features Setup funds and calculations in new systems Review fund offering documents and update new systems for features not available in legacy systems Book and reconcile ITD Capital Activity and calculations at each investor and/or investor commitment level. Create and reconcile waterfalls in new system Book ITD management/carried interest fees Book ITD PnL and map to GL system Replicate the last allocation file from the legacy system in the new system.
