You will need a deep knowledge of AWS billing structures, pricing models, services experience with AWS cost explorer AWS budgets AWS billing console. basic scripting creating custom cost review dashboards power BI tableau or excel knowledge of automation tools like Terraform AWS Cloud Formation SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Deep knowledge of AWS billing structures, pricing models, and services Experience leveraging cloud financial tools like AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, and AWS Billing Console Experience defining and implementing tagging policies and cost allocation mechanisms Understanding of financial controls and implementing them cross-functionally Basic scripting (Python, Bash) for creating custom cost review dashboards and proficiency with reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau or excel Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Preferred: experience with automation tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation) WORK TO BE PERFORMED: Will develop and implement a cost optimization strategy for cloud spend under the supervision of an employee.
