As a Senior DevOps Lead, you will oversee DevOps initiatives, streamline deployment processes, enhance security, and drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) improvements. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, very good communication skills, and leadership experience to mentor the DevOps team and ensure efficient, scalable cloud operations Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP, ensuring reliability, security, and high availability. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC). Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to optimize deployment strategies, reduce bottlenecks, and improve release cycles. Ensure security and compliance standards are integrated into DevOps practices and across all deployment workflows. Drive DevOps best practices, coaching and mentoring team members in cloud infrastructure and automation. Troubleshoot production issues, manage incident response, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency. Maintain robust documentation of infrastructure and deployment procedures.
