Should handle deploying Key resources, Project Managers under different technological area. Should have experienced both in ITSM and Project Management Expertise in Generating and Presenting various reports, KPIs required for the Customer Leadership time to time. Should Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders, and presenting activity reports and service improvement plans Role: Delivery Manager (Position-2) Work Location: WILMINGTON, DE (Day 1 Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Overall 12+ Years Experience in handling Transition and HandOver from different Vendors Experienced in planning and execution of transitions to maximize a business' performance.
