Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of professional experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Python and Java programming languages. Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins). Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code repositories. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
