Meet with technical owners every other week to ensure progress is made and documentation is filled out correctly. Ensure KPI is met for 2022. All documentation will be stored in Clients ITSCM (IT Service Continuity Management) tool. Assist with Clients legal cloud compliance topic: Data@Cloud. This will require legal contract reviews. Meet with app owners and provide training on this compliance topic until instructional videos can be made. Assist with cybersecurity training initiatives. Understand and become well-versed in the Client Regulations for Information Security (RISE) policies and assist in any compliance that may come our way.
