http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1958586&uid= AWS Engineer / Architect Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Long Term Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture Design: o Design and build scalable, secure, and highly available AWS architectures for various applications and systems. o Architect cloud solutions based on AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, and more. o Collaborate with development and engineering teams to define infrastructure requirements and deliver optimized cloud solutions. Cloud Migration & Optimization: o Lead and assist with migrating on-premises applications and infrastructure to AWS cloud. o Develop strategies for optimizing AWS environments for performance and cost efficiency. o Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK. Security & Compliance: o Ensure cloud architectures meet security and compliance requirements, applying best practices for identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and secure networking. o Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses of cloud environments. o Develop disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical systems. Cost Management: o Monitor AWS resource usage and optimize for cost efficiency. o Implement cost allocation strategies and recommend best practices for cost-effective architecture. o Develop and enforce governance policies around cloud resource usage. Devops Setup and Management: o Work with DevOps and engineering teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and other cloud automation strategies. o Hands on experience in AWS code build and Azure devops. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: o Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using AWS tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and third-party tools. o Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and availability issues within AWS infrastructure. o Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of cloud architecture and implement improvements. Documentation & Reporting: o Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including design diagrams and deployment guides. o Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, infrastructure health, and cost optimization efforts.
