Area: Retirement Services Platform (RSP) Technology & Transformation Inforce Annuity Operations Enablement, Agile Team Overview Currently there is a large team that handles Annuities Optimization and Enablement. They are splitting into two teams, 1 being Optimization the other being Enablement. RSP Enablement is making sure the current system can continue to support the volume and business needs(They expect a huge Hike). This team will deal heavily with Production Issues and Improving Bandwidth. Optimization team is going to be improving how they work. I.e. automation of processes and purchases. This PO position will be associated with the RSP Enablement team. They will be working on Modernizing and expanding the current platform, Production Issues, Production Gaps and oversight of the Roadmap from a PO perspective.
