Role: Gen AI / ML Engineer Location: Granville, TN or Cincinnati, OH (Only Locals or Nearby) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years Visa : Only H1B with Passport Number Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI/ML models with a focus on generative algorithms (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and design AI-driven solutions. Conduct research on new AI/ML techniques and integrate the latest advancements into production systems. Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in real-world applications. Work with data scientists and software engineers to improve model accuracy, robustness, and deployment. Provide technical leadership in the development of AI-driven solutions, ensuring high-quality code and best practices. Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior team members. Write detailed documentation for AI models, algorithms, and deployment strategies. Qualifications: Required: Proven experience with machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Experience with large-scale data processing, model training, and deployment in production environments. Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, and other generative AI domains. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML model deployment. Strong mathematical background, including probability, statistics, and linear algebra. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
