In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of SREs, drive technical initiatives, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical systems and infrastructure. Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions. Develop and implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures. Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and performance. Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions. Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Lead post-incident reviews and implement measures to prevent future occurrences. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the SRE space.
