The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating business processes and integrating various platforms, specifically SharePoint and other systems. Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance collaboration between SharePoint and other systems Experience with Power Platform / Power Automate / Power Apps: Proven experience in developing and managing Power Platform, Power Automate workflows, with a strong understanding of connectors and triggers specific to SharePoint and other systems Experience with Power Apps: Proven experience in developing and managing Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps with a strong understanding of connectors and triggers specific to SharePoint and other systems Proficiency in SharePoint: In-depth knowledge of SharePoint (both Online and On-Premises), including site collections, lists, libraries, permissions, and customizations Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow automation and system integration Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Documentation: Strong documentation skills to ensure clear and concise communication of processes and procedures. 8 years+ Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications are a plus Scripting Skills: Experience with Power or other scripting languages for automation purposes. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to new technologies, workflows, and environments. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
