As an MDM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of master data to support critical business functions.Key Responsibilities: Analyze and manage master data related to HCO, HCP, and Patient Products to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather business requirements and translate them into MDM solutions. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations. Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring optimal data quality across systems. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of MDM tools and platforms. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions for better data management. Create and maintain detailed documentation for MDM workflows, policies, and best practices. Support data integration and ensure seamless data flow between systems.Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an MDM Analyst, preferably with HCO, HCP, and Patient Product domains. Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles and data governance best practices. Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or similar platforms. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with data quality tools, data integration processes, and database management. Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare or life sciences industries. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data governance in healthcare. Certifications in MDM platforms or data management tools.
