Experience to support to Siebel upgrade project and Production support team. Troubleshoot and provide fixes to Siebel post-upgrade bugs/issues and Production issues. Follow Siebel best practices and provide guidance to other Siebel teams. Help with scripting Siebel admin tasks (parameters, logs, etc.). Understand and support Siebel Architecture and Siebel supporting apps/OS (i.e. BIP Publisher, Web servers, Linux). Working on the edge application integrations with the Upgraded Siebel environment.
