You will play a critical role in analyzing provider data, financial data, and sales data to drive the data management and governance rules that turn data into the information used by BI teams to deliver business insights. Here, you will make an impact by: Deep diving into internal and external data sources to understand how they are organized, how they can be used, and how they should be integrated with other sources. Defining and testing the business rules that will be used to organize master data and identify common entities across sources. Document the business rules in two ways; (1) to educate business users and (2) to enable IT to convert the rules into automated code. Support business rule recommendations with thorough research and analysis. Collaborate with various departments to gather an understanding of the use cases that the business rules should be designed to support. Skills: 5+ years experience in data analysis and statistical techniques. Strong knowledge of Excel. Effective communication skills to communicate with both business and technical audiences. Understanding of the business rules required to support Master Data Management (MDM) R, Python, and SQL skills are required. Previous experience analyzing data in the healthcare/durable medical equipment industry preferred. Previous experience analyzing supply chain data preferred. Project management software experience, such as Jira preferred. Keywords: Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or is preferred, however a Bachelor's in Business Administration with relevant experience is also accepted.
