Specialized experience includes: Experience working with Microsoft Intune. Hands-on experience with Microsoft o365 and Azure ecosystems. Experience with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning. Experience managing application deployment and policy management across diverse mobile environments. Administering /troubleshooting Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot. Administering on-premises/cloud Active Directory and Active Directory Federated Services. Strong knowledge of Windows and iOS device management through Intune. Extensive experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Azure AD Join. Experience with scripting languages like Power for automation and configuration tasks. Administering /troubleshooting DNS servers. Administering /troubleshooting DHCP servers. Administering /troubleshooting Microsoft Endpoint for laptops and mobile devices. Administering /troubleshooting Office 365 cloud applications. Administering /troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange. Intermediate understanding of Linux commands and troubleshooting. Writing change control and server documentation. Minimum Education: Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or other relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Intune) are required. A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and / or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification is Required. An associate's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline is required. With a bachelor's degree (in the fields described above), four years' experience of which at least two years must be specialized. With eight years' experience of which at least six years are specialized, a degree is not required.
