Duration: 15 months Relocation Expenses Reimbursed Description: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, with a focus on the functional areas of SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and TM (Transportation Management). Provide thought leadership and guidance in the development of functional designs, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs, industry best practices, and SAP capabilities. Define and document SAP functional and integration requirements with a specific focus on integrations with FI/CO and EH&S. Oversee the successful implementation and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality results. Lead and participate in Greenfield implementations, ensuring proper design, configuration, and testing to ensure the solution meets business objectives. Participate in SAP solution design workshops and contribute to the overall blueprinting process for international SAP deployments. Serve as the key point of contact for SAP functional solution design, translating business requirements into SAP solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of the SAP solutions in production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration, data migration, and testing processes. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, especially within FDA-regulated environments (if applicable). Stay updated on the latest SAP trends, functionality, and industry developments, particularly in SAP S/4 HANA, to provide innovative solutions. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in SAP functional design and implementation, with a proven track record of successful S/4 HANA projects. 5+ international SAP deployments, with hands-on experience in global rollouts, ideally involving Greenfield implementations. Expertise in SAP SD, MM, EWM, TM, and integration with FI/CO and EH&S modules. Strong experience in solution design, blueprinting, and configuring SAP solutions. Experience with FDA-regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in leading SAP teams and mentoring junior consultants.
