Job Description: Gather business requirements and map to functional and technical design Design and build data models, queries, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools adhering to established frameworks and standards Analyze a collection of raw data sets to create meaningful impact to large business customers. Ability to digest business and technology information and present that with sensitivity to business stakeholders Actively participate in and influence discussions around reporting requirements, infrastructure needs, and design Consistently deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions and services to clients on schedule Bring structure to ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions that can be easily interpreted by users Follow, maintain, and improve all documentation and procedures for report design and production Sponsor teamwork and encourage collaboration Influence business process improvements by integrating data/tools with people/purpose. Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective solutions to clients. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a business/reporting analyst, in a dynamic business environment, with demonstrated reporting, analytical, and database experience. 3+ years Qlik development experience Proficiency on developing and modeling using Qlik Sense is must. Qlik SaaS/Insights/AutoML experience is a plus Experience with data modeling frameworks & techniques is a must AWS experience is a must Work experience in Pharma industry particularly in Clinical Trail space is a big plus. Self-motivated, well-rounded, analytical self-starter with ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, Agile team environment with aggressive deadlines, regular releases, and multiple priorities Sound understanding of BI best practices/ methodologies; experience with relational structures, structured query language (SQL), data warehouse and reporting techniques. Capabilities include designing scalable data architectures, solution performance tuning.
