Job Title               Workday Administrator

Duration              6+ Months

Must already be living in Massachusetts! The role needs to be based from Cabots Billerica office, hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thurs as in-office days)

             years experience with and in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, including role-based security administration for HR, Payroll, and Finance business users.

             Must have certification in a minimum of two of the HCM areas

             Workday Certified in HCM and at least 2 other SKUs (Absence, Learning, Payroll, Compensation, Performance and Talent, Security, Integrations Administration etc.)

             Skilled at the maintenance and support of integrations is preferred.

             Knowledgeable of deployment of Workday releases and troubleshooting issues with configuration.

Workday Administrator

The Workday Administrator performs a key role in leading the operational functions of Workday as well as continually optimizing Cabots HR technology solutions. This position will collaborate with cross - functional partners and all levels of management to provide expertise while supporting the business and systems strategy. The successful colleague will provide execution, project management, maintenance, testing, and training of enhancements of Workday and HR Technology solutions.

Cabot is new on the Workday journey, so this is a really great opportunity help shape the functional direction of our Workday use and maximizing its value to Cabot!

To start, this is an interim role to be part of the implementation project team.

How You Will Make an Impact:

             Supports the design, development, and performance of Workday HCM.

             Collaborate with HR teams to drive and participate in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies. 

             Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners.

             Analyzes data flow, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase quality and efficiency within the Cabot digital enterprise.

             Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions.

             Has expertise in modifying back-end configurations and supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes.

             Assists in leading Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruitment system processes.

             Provide strong project management skills throughout implementation while working closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure backend mapping is correct.

             Provide training and support to end-users, developing documentation and user guides including videos.

             Support system and UAT testing activities and WD HCM releases.

             Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday HCM.

             Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday functional & technical questions, troubleshooting and resolving system-related problems.

             Stay up to date with Workday updates and best practices, ensuring the company maximizes its investment in the platform.

What You Will Bring to Cabot:

             Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in systems support, Information Technology, or similar. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
