This is a remote position based in the USA, and we are looking for candidates with experience in governance, risk, and compliance, specifically with expertise in tools such as ServiceNow, LogicGate, or OneTrust. Key Responsibilities: Assess and manage risks across the organization, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements. Utilize ServiceNow, LogicGate, or OneTrust to develop, implement, and maintain GRC processes and workflows. Assist in policy creation and compliance management to meet regulatory standards. Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Prepare and present reports on GRC metrics, including risk status and compliance levels. Support audit processes by gathering documentation and following up on findings. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations impacting GRC. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a GRC Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in GRC tools, specifically ServiceNow, LogicGate, or OneTrust. Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management principles, and compliance regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
