Role :: Camunda Architect Location :: St Louis, MO(Onsite) Type :: Contract Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Camunda architecture to meet business requirements. Design end-to-end BPM workflows and microservices orchestration using Camunda platform components such as Modeler, Cockpit, and Optimize. Lead the implementation of process automation solutions, including BPMN, DMN, and CMMN models. Integrate Camunda with external systems, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless process execution. Design and implement custom plugins and extensions for Camunda to enhance platform functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and DevOps, to define and implement solutions. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training on Camunda best practices to team members. Establish coding standards and review processes for Camunda-based projects. Monitor and optimize process performance, ensuring efficient execution and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Camunda platform. Maintain Camunda platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical workflows and process designs. Document and communicate architectural decisions and implementation details. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing BPM solutions, with at least 2+ years working with Camunda BPM. Strong proficiency in BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards. Expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
