Experience in CX, Jira/Scrum and Utilities or energy sector Be able to go to CT / Orange, or Boston, MA, candidate that lives near these places. Responsibilities : Create detailed user stories for changes in customer site or mobile app. Help Product Owner in the definition of the product. Help development team supporting in any functional question. Help QA team supporting in any functional question. Follow Agile principles and ceremonies. JD: Energy sector experience (at least 3 years), preferable Electric or gas. Experience (+3 years) as Business Analyst with similar responsibilities to the ones describes above. Experience (+3 years) working as business analyst for a web applications development team Experience (+3 years) in agile methodologies Available to go to Avangrids office 2 / 3 times a week. Good communication and soft skills, as he/she will be interacting with a lot of different people. Flexible and dynamic professional needed. Quick learner, as he/she will need to understand current functionalities to detail changes and new ones.
