Understands how to gather and document requirements. Has a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Some familiarity with the use of standard market Testing tools. Deliverables: Functional requirements for the HOMES and HEAR rebate management system decomposed from business process for the HOMES and HEAR program including: HOMES Program Narrative HEAR Program Narrative Consumer Protection Plan Community Benefit Plan Education and Outreach Strategy Pacific Northwest National Laboratorys Data and Tools requirements guide.
