Job Title: SAP MM/LE/PP Consultant Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: SAP Implementation & Configuration: Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions within MM, LE, and PP modules. Configure SAP modules to meet organizational needs, including material management, inventory control, logistics execution, and production planning. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for ongoing operations by resolving SAP-related issues. Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and system efficiency. Monitor and maintain master data accuracy across MM, LE, and PP modules. Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing processes. Recommend process improvements and ensure seamless integration between modules. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from blueprinting to go-live and hyper-care support. Conduct user training and workshops to ensure successful system adoption. Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and training manuals. Integration with Other Modules: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (FI/CO, SD, WM) to ensure cross-functional integration. Test and validate data flows between SAP modules and external systems (EDI, MES, etc.). Custom Development: Work with ABAP developers to design and implement custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces. Key Skills: SAP MM: Procurement, inventory management, material valuation, vendor master, and purchase order workflows. Experience with integration points (FI, WM, and SD). SAP LE: Shipping, transportation, and warehouse management processes. Knowledge of third-party logistics integrations. SAP PP: Production planning, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), BOM (Bill of Materials), and capacity planning. Familiarity with discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes. General SAP Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred). Expertise in writing functional specifications and managing enhancements. Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and user interface optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP MM/LE/PP implementations or support. SAP certification in MM, LE, or PP (preferred but not mandatory). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and user training. Preferred Experience: Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
