The consultant will lead functional design, configuration, and implementation to enhance business processes and improve system capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements for Oracle Supply Chain modules and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and implement Oracle EBS modules for OM, Shipping, and Inventory to meet business needs. Lead design workshops and deliver functional designs, test plans, and training documentation. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions for end-users. Stay updated with Oracle EBS best practices and recommend system optimizations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field. 6+ years of functional experience in Oracle EBS with a focus on Supply Chain modules. In-depth expertise in Order Management, Shipping, and Inventory processes. Proven experience with EBS R12 implementations or upgrades. Strong understanding of Supply Chain workflows and process optimization.
