We need candidates who have substantial experience in Java or Swagger API and must-have worked with Telecom domain clients. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Telecom domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude in J2EE technologies and expertise in working with complex web services, databases, and communication protocols. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives. Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and other J2EE frameworks. Work with web services (REST, SOAP) to integrate systems effectively, ensuring scalability and performance. Analyze and process messaging formats, including XML, SOAP, and JSON, to support communication workflows. Utilize XML technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, XQuery) for data transformation and validation tasks. Work with relational databases like Oracle and SQL to manage and analyze data. Provide expertise in communication protocols, including HTTP(s) and queue-based messaging systems (RBMQ, EMS) for event-driven architecture. Use tools like Swagger for API documentation and JIRA for project tracking and management. Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and delivery of project milestones. Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize processes and enhance system performance. Domain Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience working with Telecom domain clients, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of the industry. Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Telecom-specific certifications or training will be a plus.
