Implement RESTful and SOAP-based web services, API integrations, and data imports/exports. Create custom connectors and solutions to support business requirements and ensure a seamless flow of information across platforms. Platform Configuration and Customization: Work with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and provide technical solutions that meet business needs. Customize Client applications to align with business processes and integrate with other enterprise tools such as CRM, ERP, and security solutions. Develop scripts, scheduled jobs, and workflows to facilitate automation and data synchronization. Technical Support: Provide ongoing integration support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution related to third-party integrations. Monitor integration processes and resolve issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical expertise during the planning, design, and implementation phases of integration projects. Participate in design reviews, providing feedback on integration approaches and ensuring adherence to best practices. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to integrations, configurations, and workflows. Document integration architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for future reference and knowledge sharing. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing of integration solutions to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment efforts to ensure integrations work as expected in production environments. Follow best practices for version control, deployment, and release management. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Client integration development, including working with REST/SOAP APIs, and integrating Client with other systems. Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Client IntegrationHub, MID Server, or other integration platforms. Knowledge of Client platform development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), data transformation, and orchestration. Skills: Strong knowledge of integration methods and protocols (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc.). Proficiency in Client integration tools (IntegrationHub, MID Server) and technologies. Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely solutions. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
