Front-End Reporting: Responsible for the design and development of front-end reports in Power BI. Leadership/Delegation: Should have the ability to delegate tasks to other Power BI developers, ensuring reports are built according to requirements. Technical Expertise: Must have strong technical skills to understand the reporting requirements and work with various stakeholders. Excellent Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Required Skills & Experience: Power BI Development: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI report creation, dashboarding, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Business Interfacing: Proven experience in interacting with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs. Team Leadership: Experience in mentoring or delegating work to other Power BI developers. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements into technical solutions. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional but Beneficial): Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and other Microsoft BI tools like SSRS, SSIS, or SQL Server.
