Strong experience with business process analysis and mapping within the context of asset management or related industries. Experience with Maximo version upgrades, system configuration, and integration with other enterprise applications. Experience in client-facing roles, such as leading workshops, gathering requirements, and providing consulting services. Technical Skills: Familiarity with IBM Maximo architecture, integration capabilities, & data models. Knowledge of Maximo's integration with other tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IoT platforms). Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Maximo Industry Solutions. Experience with Maximo Asset Management in a cloud or SaaS environment.
