Role: Senior Salesforce Developer with Consumer Goods experience Location: Remote Duration: Long term contract Job description: Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience who can fully engage with client as well as lead offshore Capgemini team and can contribute to solution design. Candidate should be comfortable working on Spike stories for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (Advanced Data Model)and Experience Cloud solutions. Candidate should be forward looking and be aware of the future platform capabilities and ability to map to customer requirements. 1. Salesforce Platform Development: Proficiency in Apex (Salesforces programming language) and Visualforce. Experience building custom objects, triggers, and workflows. Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) for front-end development. Implement best practices for efficient and scalable code. 2. Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud): Ability to design and configure community templates, themes, and branding. Understanding of community user management, access control, and navigation. LWC Styling: Apply CSS styles to LWC components. Experience in HTML, JS, applying CSS overrides Responsive Design: Apply media queries to create responsive layouts for different screen sizes. 3. Integration and APIs: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, or platform events. Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica. 4. Data Modeling and Management: Skill in designing data models, creating custom objects, and managing data quality. Knowledge of data security, sharing rules, and data migration. 5. Solution Architecture: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions (while working closely with business analysts and solution architects). Experience with solution design, including scalability, performance, and maintainability. 6. DevOps and Release Management: Understanding of version control (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment. Copado experience is required. Troubleshooting skills for production issues. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Developer Additional Product knowledge/ Experience Experience in or knowledge of Salesforce Advanced Maps and CG Cloud offline mobile app will be a significant advantage.
