Lead, manage, and mentor the testing team. Oversee functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Manage defect identification and resolution. Report testing progress and results to stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of quality-tested SAP solutions. Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in SAP testing (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.). Proven leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of SAP testing tools and methodologies. Experience with Agile or project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
