Ability to design and implement complex dashboards using CRMA. Experience with integrating Salesforce CRMA with other data sources (e.g., external databases, APIs) Proficiency in SQL and SOQL for querying and manipulating data. Experience with Apex, JavaScript, and JSON for custom development and scripting within Salesforce. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning components and Visualforce pages.
