The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and maintaining integration solutions using Software AGs WebMethods Integration Suite, with a strong focus on delivering scalable and high-performance systems. This role requires a developer who can work independently, collaborate with global teams, and deliver within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using WebMethods Integration Suite (v10.x or later). Build and optimize services, APIs, and middleware for seamless data exchange between systems. Implement end-to-end integration workflows, focusing on scalability and performance. Debug and resolve issues related to integration services, adapters, and message flows. Develop custom components using Flow and Java services in WebMethods. Create reusable templates and frameworks to improve development efficiency. Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and define integration solutions. Ensure compliance with industry best practices for security, logging, and error handling. Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues proactively. Technical Skills Required: Extensive experience with Software AG WebMethods Integration Suite, including Designer, Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS, and Adapters. Strong expertise in creating Flow services, custom Java services, and working with web services (SOAP/REST). Hands-on experience with integration adapters, such as JDBC, JMS, SAP, etc. Familiarity with data formats like XML, JSON, and EDI, and flat file processing. Knowledge of cloud-based integration solutions (WebMethods.io, AWS, or Azure). Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of integration systems. Proficiency with version control tools (Git, SVN) and automation pipelines (CI/CD). Exposure to Agile methodologies is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
