Role: Application Developer Responsible for the technical implementation of ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) applications and third-party integrations. Customize the applications in ServiceNow. Configure workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub to enable integrations between ServiceNow and other applications. Perform MID server configuration and troubleshooting. Configure client-side and server-side scripting (e.g., Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Macros). Build service catalogs and service portals. Configure Now Mobile and Now Agent using Studio. Configure discovery and orchestration.
