From: Somya Shrivastava, Vyze inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Need candidates with LinkedIn and two refer SAP S/4HANA PP and QM Lead Consultant/Architect 12+ months Locations: - : Remote but one week travel per month (paid) Skype You will play a role in designing, implementing, and optimizing production planning and quality management processes within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. Must have understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain integration, and quality assurance processes, with technical expertise in SAP configuration and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture Provide architectural oversight for master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Work Centers, Routing, and Inspection Plans. Business Process Integration Ensure seamless integration of PP and QM with other SAP modules, including MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). Lead the design of shop floor control processes using SAP PP-PI, MRP, and Capacity Planning. Implementation and Configuration Configure SAP PP and QM modules, including production orders, process orders, inspection lots, and results recording. Implement and optimize MRP Live, Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP), and capacity leveling functionalities. Support the deployment of in-process quality checks, nonconformance management, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) workflows. Experience: 9+ years of experience in SAP PP and QM configuration and implementation. Proven track record in S/4HANA implementations or migrations, with a focus on PP and QM modules. Expertise in SAP PP features like MRP Live, Production Scheduling Board, and Demand Planning. Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes, including inspection planning, quality notifications, and results recording. Familiarity with SAP Fiori, CDS views, and embedded analytics. Integration experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
