Good Knowledge and understanding of the RCM Objects. Proficiency in development of custom profiles, AIS/RCM Plugins. Implementation experience of ActOne and IFM-X install, configure and code with in Actimize modules comprising of the Microsoft SQL. Experience in Solution upgrades and profile migrations. Good understanding of the release Management process with hands on experience on ServiceNow, Rally. Ability to work with business teams and provide solutions for functional and non-functional requirements. Write and deliver Release installation instructions, Technical Specification document, Low level design documents. Hands on experience on Writing and complex SQL server queries and Stored Procedures.
