Work with the Project Manager and with Organon BT functional leads to initially plan out technical transition options for the program and subsequently design and execute the transition plan. These will include technical plans for how best to assimilate Dermavant capability into the Organon existing landscape with considerations for Organons evolving solutions. Strong Communication and Coordination between BT function leads required along with the ability to Lead and Facilitate meetings across multiple functional areas. Partner with business stakeholders, third party partners and internal technical team for optimized solution execution, and accountable for responding to questions and concerns from managers and executives. Act as BT liaison to handle the communication with required stakeholders and coordinate efforts between various business units if needed.
