The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing and optimizing these business intelligence platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our data analytics ecosystem and providing exceptional support to end-users. Responsibilities: System Administration: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and upgrade of Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx environments. Implement security measures and performance optimization strategies. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Troubleshoot complex technical problems related to data connections, report performance, and user access. Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets efficiently, providing timely and effective resolutions to end-user inquiries and issues. End-User Support: Offer technical guidance and support to end-users on report creation, data visualization, and workflow development. Data Modeling and Analytics: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide guidance to develop robust data models. Provide expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Workflow Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx platforms. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in DAX, M, SQL, and other scripting languages (Python, R, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with cloud-based platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake) is a plus. Desired Skills: Experience with large-scale data sets and complex data environments. Knowledge of data governance and security best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
