Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Title: Data Scientist with BYOML (Bring Your Own Machine Learning) Remote: Prior experience in CVS systems and processes is highly desirable Role Overview This role will focus on leveraging advanced data science techniques and frameworks to enhance clinical analytics initiatives within CVS Health. The ideal candidate will have experience working with BYOML (Bring Your Own Machine Learning), implementing Castle Frameworks , and delivering data-driven insights on the GCP (Google Cloud Platform) . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models using BYOML to solve complex clinical analytics problems. Lead the integration and application of the Castle Framework within CVS's ecosystem to streamline analytics processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to translate clinical analytics requirements into scalable solutions. Ensure seamless integration of models and frameworks into the GCP environment for robust and efficient processing. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering best practices in model development, deployment, and maintenance. Develop and deliver insights and reports to support the Stars Clinical Analytics programs objectives. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, cloud platforms, and healthcare analytics to continuously drive innovation. Required Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in BYOML development and implementation within enterprise-scale projects. Hands-on experience with the Castle Framework for data science and analytics within CVS or similar organizations. Strong knowledge and experience with GCP tools and technologies for data processing, machine learning, and analytics. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or similar for data science applications. Experience in leading data science projects in the healthcare domain, with a solid understanding of clinical data and analytics workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in CVS systems and processes is highly desirable. Familiarity with healthcare quality metrics, such as Stars ratings, and their impact on clinical outcomes.
