Qualifications: -Excellent technical design and development skills -5 plus years of relevant working experience in the Financial Compliance space preferably in AML -Excellent Experience in programming Languages Java and Python, functional and object-oriented design, J2EE technologies, Struts or Spring MVC and Hibernate Skills: Oracle Applications Python Java Responsibilities: Design, development, customization, and testing of components of the AML Transaction Monitoring Application including supporting migrations and maintenance Design, build and maintain APIs, User experiences, services and systems Design and develop data integration workflow that provides for the extracting, loading and transforming of data Working on technical specifications and documentation which may include data modelling, dataflow diagramming, screen design, workflow analysis, etc Resolution of issues reported in test and on production systems Integration of the systems developed in-house with vendor solutions Involvement in creating the scripts for deployment and checkout of the solution Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate suitability and viability of new technologies and solutions from both functional and technical perspectives.
