Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant with S/4 hana Location: Chicago,IL(Onsite) Job Type: Contract Minimum experience of 12 Years in Total IT required Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute SAP FICO processes in S/4 HANA implementations, specifically focusing on brownfield conversion projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions. Perform system analysis and develop functional designs for enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Configure FI/CO modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing. Guide data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation, during the brownfield implementation process. Work with technical teams to facilitate the conversion of existing SAP ECC systems to S/4 HANA. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing. Provide end-user training and support for change management initiatives. Maintain documentation for all project deliverables, including business process designs, functional specifications, and training materials. Stay up-to-date with SAP S/4 HANA capabilities and new releases to provide innovative solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. Proven expertise in S/4 HANA, including at least one end-to-end brownfield implementation project. Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP). Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migration tools (e.g., SUM-DMO, Migration Cockpit). Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA innovations, such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Embedded Analytics. Ability to analyze legacy system data and recommend solutions for data harmonization during migration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. SAP FICO or S/4 HANA certification is highly preferred.
