Role: Kronos Implementation Consultant Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid) Job Overview: The UKGPro Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in the successful deployment, testing, and support of UKGPro and Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) systems. Reporting to the lead, this position will assist in testing processes (UAT, parallel, and additional testing), day-to-day module operations, and the creation and enforcement of system-based policies. The role focuses on ensuring consistent and effective Kronos usage across the enterprise while addressing evolving business needs through collaboration, system enhancements, and configuration management. Key Responsibilities: Assist with all stages of testing (UAT, parallel, and additional testing) to ensure system reliability and accuracy. Support daily operations within the Kronos module, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance with system-based policies. Collaborate with the lead to create and enforce Kronos-specific policies for consistent usage across the organization. Meet with business owners to review system requirements, gather input for enhancements, and address any issues or bugs. Develop, document, and submit requests for system changes and enhancements, ensuring traceability and structured improvements. Manage and design system configurations, including MKDs and hyper-finds, to support both Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and UKGPro. Support the configuration and deployment of the Activities and Advanced Scheduler modules, including WIM interface design. Provide technical assistance for WFC and UKGPro, including mobile and tablet application support for accessibility needs. Perform time clock management for devices such as Intouch 9000/9100 and Series 4500. Create and maintain WFC custom reports and align configurations with organizational pay rules. Ensure smooth integration with PeopleSoft applications using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM). Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central and Kronos Dimensions. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent technical study. Experience managing Kronos systems for a large workforce (over 10,000 employees). Proven experience supporting Kronos in a unionized or bargaining unit workforce environment. Preferred Skills: Experience integrating Kronos with PeopleSoft applications via Workforce Integration Manager (WIM). Expertise in writing custom reports for WFC. Experience with WFC configuration, including pay rules alignment and Activities/Advanced Scheduler module support. Knowledge of time clock management for devices (Intouch 9000/9100, Series 4500). Experience supporting WFC mobile and tablet applications, including accessibility for visually impaired users. Public sector experience working with Kronos systems. Thank you!
