Candidates must have shared services, cost/spend and recent banking or capital markets experience. They are now looking for a project/program manager rather than a business manager or cfo. Candidates need to be focused on it cost/spend in a shared services model as a sme. Their main job should be knowing the it spend of their organization, not a regular project manager with the usual budget/spend experience. Resumes need to have key words like shared services, cost, spend on recent projects. This is a business manager or project manager/cfo who all they do is focus on cost and reporting. This position is for a shared services technology business manager or project manager who have extensive experience in technology cost spend. They must have recent shared services experience as this is a shared services/technology spend sme, not a generalist. They will answer qustions like how much did we spend on vmware last year and who is using it. We had a call with the cfo today and this is a very high level cfo or technology business manager who all they do is monitor and report on technology cost spend in shared services. This is a billion dollar shared service spend and candidates need to have a excellent understanding of technolofy, finance and cost spending in technology. This is not a pure financial position, candidates must understand technology spend and the financial part as well.
