Any strong BSA can learn HCM within 3-6 months. Cloud Security and Compliance: Must have experience deploying security and compliance solutions, specifically Oracles Risk Management Cloud (RMC). RMC experience in the cloud is critical (on-premise GRC knowledge is nice to have but not as important). Should be experienced in internal audits, control definitions, building controls and profiles in the cloud. Hands-On Configuration: The ideal candidate needs to have direct experience configuring RMC, not just high-level exposure. Techno-functional: The role requires a 50/50 blend of technical and functional expertise. Vendor Communication: Ability to manage communication with vendors is crucial. Requirement Documentation: Continuation and upkeep of requirement documentation is expected. Team Structure: ERP Technical Lead 5 BSAs (handling various aspects such as supply chain, P2P, AP/AR integration, accounts receivable, and general ledger finance) Project Manager Additional Details: Implementation Role: Looking for someone hands-on in implementation. Not a Helpdesk Role: They are not looking for someone with only functional support experience.
