They dont want PMs who check boxes = manage a project like an admin task. Its not about being PMP compliant. For PMOs: they have to be good at communicating / slides but also with a critical mindset / challenging / asking why when preparing reports or steerco documents Be experienced. No junior. Complex environment with many stakeholders, need experience driving time-boxed projects under pressure (report up to the board of the bank) General knowledge of Cybersecurity / IT Risk management. The topics are around production security (firewall rules reviews, Varonis implementation, vulnerability management, TPC inventory & encryption, TAM) but we dont need SMEs, rather some strong profiles who can drive things and understand broadly what the SMEs are talking about.
